Update extra maatregelen i.v.m. COVID-19 (English version)
Dear parent (s) and caregiver (s),
We are now "used" to new ways of interacting with each other, to monitor hygiene and to guarantee safety for everyone in the school. The guidelines of the RIVM are always leading in this. Easing has been applied in recent months. However, due to an enormous increase in COVID-19 infections, a "scaling up" of measures and a partial lockdown has been announced by the cabinet.
Fortunately, the schools remain open and we can receive the children!
Nevertheless, the partial lockdown does have consequences for our school organization.
Start and end times school
From tomorrow we will again be working with two start and end times at both locations for groups 1 to 8. This is to organize a good spread in the crowds and to limit the number of adults when picking up and bringing the children at the gate / the gate.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Start 8.15 am / end 2.30 pm: all children with a surname starting with the letter A to K.
Start 8.30 am / end 2.45 pm: all children with a surname starting with the letter L to Z.
Start 8.15 am / end 12.15 pm: all children with a surname starting with the letter A to K
Start 8.30 am / end 12.30 pm: all children with a surname starting with the letter L to Z.
The children may enter through the agreed entrances that they already know from 8.10 am. The door is open where we first expect the children who start at 8.15 am. Then the children are allowed to walk in, starting at 8.30 am. At 2.30 pm or 2.45 pm they again take the agreed walking route and exit.
The groups 1-2 are brought out at 2.30 / 2.45 pm and 12.15 / 12.30 pm.
The children who go to out-of-school care are always out at 2.45 pm and then go to out-of-school care (even if their last name would start with a B, for example).
Going to school / staying at home
It is very important that for (mild) complaints from children and / or other family members the decision tree that applies to children in primary school is followed. We communicated this in our previous update.
If you are unsure, contact your child's teacher and discuss whether or not your child can come to school.
If you have any questions and / or comments, please let us know.
